Job Description Administrator / Customer Care Operator Local Village 
(relocating to Daventry)

Our client is the leading provider of conveyancing services in the UK offering Estate Agents and Financial Services Intermediaries their own conveyancing operation, tailored to individual needs.

To succeed in this rapidly expanding and dynamic Company, you will need:-

A very confident telephone manner customer focused Good administration skills, including quotations Managing website and general use of internet 

To be able to conduct customer surveys Possess Excel and Outlook knowledge, Transport prior to relocation

General office duties, answering the phone and dealing with estate agent/law firm and client enquiries. 

Auditing law firms on a monthly basis on their performance and use of the company website. 

General data entry/checking work general office duties - faxing, filing, photocopying and general administration 

Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
